A scrappy 1-0 win.

On the evidence of the last 2 games this looks likely.  Agreeified.

Anyone know what the deal is with tickets for this...?

The Forest website says there are about 100 tickets remaining and will be available before 12noon tomorrow. Then there'll be tickets available on the gate at Coventry, for £2 more.

But it doesn't say how many of those extra tickets will be available...its surely not the remaining from the ones we don't sell...is it?!

Forest OS says:
We have received an allocation of 3,070 reserved seat tickets for the Jewson South Stand (located behind the goal).
We have less than 100 tickets remaining from our pre-sale allocation. Should tickets remain on Tuesday morning then they will be available till 12noon.
We are unable to post any further tickets however supporters unable to get to the City Ground to collect tickets can pre-purchase tickets through the Forest ticket office and collect on the day at the Ricoh Arena.
Supporters are able to pay on the day at Coventry however prices will increase by £2 for all supporters.

Just what it says.

There are less than 100 left at the cheaper price.

After that, it's going to cost you £2 more to pay on the gate.

They don't believe that more than that stand holds are going to turn up on a cold Tuesday in Coventry.

Does the price of those 100 remaining tickets just go up £2 if you pay on the gate? Or are there more tickets available over & above those 100, but they cost more?

There are no cheaper tickets available on the gate.

There are lots of tickets available on the gate. If the allocation Forest have sells out, there will still be tickets available. THey'll just cost £2 more.

I'm sturgging to see the confusion here.

Sorry Rich...I was just trying to clarify whether there would be more than 100 tickets available on the gate - i.e. I don't have a ticket at the moment but want to go.

I didn't want to get to Coventry to find out that Forest had sold out their full allocation and there wouldn't be anymore available.

With the vast acreage of emptiness at every Coventry league game, there ain't gonna be any problems turning up on the night.

Will not be there but listening on the interweb instead. Bought a new V-neck jumper at the weekend, which I will be wearing in show of solidarity with the Billies. 2-0 Forest, Anderson and McKenna.

Agreed, unless you want 20,000 tickets I think that you'll be OK

Either that, or as was suggested elsewhere it was a load of Billy's bullsh!t.

That depends on whether you think using the media and the fans as a pawn in the ongoing power struggle between manager and board is "good". Personally I think it's an extension of the manager's odious personality that can be filed alongside the pathetic debacle with Clough under "reasons why Davies is a prick".
